Privacy Statement

Introduction

Any information that pertains to an identified or identifiable individual is classified as personal data under Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. It is essential to note that even if the ability to identify a person depends on a combination of the data held and other non-data information, the data still falls within the scope of "personal data." This regulation specifically addresses the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data by Union institutions, bodies, offices, and agencies, ensuring the free movement of such data and replacing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001. This privacy statement serves to elucidate the purpose behind the processing of personal data, the methods employed to collect, handle, and ensure the protection of all provided data, its utilization, and the rights accorded to individuals concerning their personal data.

Data Collection Purpose

It should be noted that further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes is not considered incompatible with the initial purposes, as outlined in Article 13.
